Why Not

Our final project for ART 244 was to create a 16"x11" two-page editorial layout using any or all of the text from a previous assignment where we had to write a biography on a graphic designer of our choice (I chose British design studio Why Not Associates?). Working under the influence of a grid, we had to design the layout taking inspiration from the graphic designer's style. We also had to incorporate at least seven images of either their work or of the graphic designer him- or herself. Seeing as which this was my second attempt at creating an editorial layout, I think it turned out a lot better than my first attempt.

The questions marks are Helvetica Medium, the title is Helvetica Bold with a kerning of 50, and the copy is Georgia Regular.
